WOOD LOUVRE 148-W
The top and bottom of the 148-W are planed, giving the louvre a Z-shaped profile. This allows the louvres to overlap to ensure no direct sunlight between the louvres.
The 148-W is a non-retractable louvre blind made of wood. The width of this louvre is 148 mm, the thickness 16 mm – at the rebates 7.5 mm. The 148-W louvre is suited for all kinds of internal and external installations; horizontal, vertical, and sloping. Even upside down. The blades of the blind can be either movable, or placed in a fixed position.
A WIDE VARIETY OF COLOURS AND TYPES OF WOOD
Western Red Cedar is an excellent choice for wooden louvres. It has a straight grain, is lightweight, stable and durable. Solar-Shield offers many kinds of colours and treatments for wood louvres. It is also possible to have louvres, rack arms and plastic components in distinguishing colours to achieve sophisticated architectural impressions. Custom made colours and structures are available on request.
